Our proprietary on-line loan tracking system allows you to view the status of loans you are involved with, submit information to loan officers at any time and from any location, and begin the qualification process for a borrower while you have their interest in a specific property.

We provide immediate Pre-Approvals (NOT just Pre-Qualifications) with follow-up loan application packets e-mailed to clients to ensure prompt service for your clients.

We have made available tools to assist you with presenting properties to prospective buyers that represent the options a borrower will have with financing. Use our simple rate sheet to generate a personalized flier that you can print and give to prospective buyers that outlines their financing options and what potential payments may be.

We also provide a general overview of the entire loan process that you may use to help explain to potential purchasers what they can expect while obtaining a loan.

The Mitchell Group provides in-house underwriting, loan doc, funding, and credit repair services to ensure a single point of contact for all loan requirements.
