Karrie Owens An eighteen year veteran of the mortgage industry, Karrie started with First Capital in 1998 and as the Mitchell Group's Senior Loan Processor she has been First Capital's top Processor for five years running. A recipient of First Capital¹s MVP award for 2002 and 2003, Karrie is widely recognized as one of the top Loan Processors in Southern California. She enjoys home improvement, camping, and volunteer work on the weekends.

Ian Mitchell A leader in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, Ian Mitchell and his team specialize in the Los Angeles west side area. They are particularly sought-after in the areas of complex transactions, including construction loans, artist-in-residence and creative financing packages. The Can Do Loan Team has produced First Capital's Loan Agent of the Year for 1997, 1998 and 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003. As a former professor of music and avid classical guitarist, Ian is also a partner in Serious Music and Quicksilver records, music labels specializing in classic jazz and new releases from cutting edge musicians.

Eleanor Parcultela A recipient of First Capital¹s MVP award for 2002 and 2003, Eleanor has been with First Capital since 1999 and has been in the mortgage industry since 1986. As a Senior Loan Funder, Eleanor is critical to the loan closing process as she works with the lender, the escrow, and the title insurance companies to manage the loan from the point it is approved to the day it funds. One of the funniest people in the office, she is always able to put a smile on the faces of the Mitchell Group even when things get stressful. Eleanor enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren and can cook like nobody's business.
