The Mitchell Group has strict self imposed standards for loan officers to ensure a quality experience for our realtor partners and clients.

  1. Call realtor within 1 hour to inform of pre-qualification for purchases
  2. Follow-up with client and realtor within 24 hrs of pre-approval letter being sent
  3. Return 80% of borrower 1st calls within 1 hour
  4. Coordinator will call back 80% of clients within 15 minutes
  5. Qualify clients for given loan amount within 15 minutes
  6. Send partially completed loan application to client with any information that client provided already filled out
  7. Calls client within one day to ensure the application package was received
  8. Arrange for pick-up signed and completed application within four hours of notification
  9. Call client within 24 hours or receipt of signed and completed application to discuss the next steps
  10. Sends preliminary Good Faith Estimate to client within 24 hrs of pre-approval
  11. Proactively inform the client of any potential delays in the loan process
  12. Communicate with real estate agents regarding any and all concerns or additional requirements so they may assist the borrower to complete the transaction
  13. Satisfy all loan contingencies within 17 days of the accepted offer
  14. Review file for accuracy then calls AND email or fax borrower when preparing to open the file
  15. Ensure that all items required by the lender are received from borrower for submission
  16. Call AND email or fax client with approval and conditions including final Good Faith Estimate and final Interest Rate Quote Letter
  17. Enter information into the on-line database for all loans, keeping the status current so clients can check this at any time
